Direct printing - The picture is printed directly onto the acrylic puzzle jigsaw (what is absolutely safe, wear-resistant and does not hide the texture of the tree). Meticulously cut according to the design, the pieces are all unique and with specially worked shapes to create an interesting challenge. This puzzle is much more difficult than any cardboard puzzle: to recompose this 45 x 60 cm format, count between 15 and 20 hours... (This is the equivalent of a 3000-piece trade puzzle). It will be delivered to you in a wooden box. The miniature of the lid serve as a guide. Traditionally wooden puzzles were provided without a model, free to you to cheat or not.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not offer the shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.
Do you offer delivery to PO boxes or military APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we can send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses (exclude Rush Shipping).
